# What is the best visualization I can use to track the conversion rate from free trial to paid subscription?

Our product offers a fifteen-day freemium plan, and I would love to compare their product usage during those two weeks compared with after, and whether or not they convert to either a free active user or a paid user.

You can Integrate CRM's into Heap for a simplistic view but it relies on identifiers to merge correctly.

The ideal way to do this is to centralize Heap and CRM/Billing platform into a warehouse and use Data transformation and a Business Intelligence plug into the warehouse
